Types of Therapy
From Erin:
Welcome! I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and therapist, and it should take place in a safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered environment. My priority is to assist individuals in achieving their goals, whether it be to improve relationships, overcome trauma, or alleviate mood issues.
With 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with people in a variety of settings, including crisis, research, and inpatient care. My clients have described me as compassionate, caring, and easy to talk to. While my specialty is in trauma recovery with LGBT+ adults, I also work with clients aged 18 and over who are dealing with depression and anxiety.
I welcome you to start the journey towards greater self-awareness, fulfillment, and inner peace. I am excited to hear from you and support you in any way possible.
