Kate Trabalka, MSW, LSW, is passionate about helping older adults. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University. She then received her Master of Social work degree from Monmouth University. Kate obtained her LSW in 2007 and went on to work with older adults and their families at a long-term care facility. She specializes in helping clients cope with change and loss related to aging, and maximize their quality of life.
